- Milliput is a versatile two-component epoxy putty that hardens like a rock when mixed. When first mixed, the putty is malleable and easy to mold. Dampening Milliput with a soft, damp cloth allows for a very smooth finish.
- It gives a metallic look to creations.
- High adhesion: It adheres to a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, plastic, stone, and ceramic.
- Slow drying: Offers extended working time for precise modeling and shaping (several hours for initial hardening and up to 24 hours for complete curing)
- Versatility: Suitable for various applications, including model making, jewelry making, sculpture, restoration, repair, and crafts.
- Easy to work with: It can be molded with tools and fingers moistened with water.
- Machinable once cured: It can be sanded, drilled, cut, painted and machined.
- Resistant: Once cured, it offers resistance to solvents, water, impacts and moderate temperatures (up to 130ºC according to some sources)
- Long shelf life (unmixed): If stored correctly, the unmixed components have a long shelf life.
