Shipping prices are:

  • Spain and mainland Portugal: €5.99 for orders under €50, shipping is free for orders over €50
  • Spain Balearic Islands: €6.99 for any shipment
  • Spain, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €7.99 for any shipment
  • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom: 
    • Up to 1.9kg: €15.99
    • From 1.91Kg to 4.90Kg: €24.99
    • From 4.91Kg to 9.90Kg: €29.99
    • From 9.91Kg to 14.90Kg: €39.90
    • Weight over 14.91Kg: €49.90
  • Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden:
    • Up to 1.9kg: €29.99
    • From 1.91kg to 4.90kg: €45.99
    • From 4.91Kg to 9.90Kg: €55.99
    • Weight over 9.91Kg: €69.90

The minimum purchase order is €10.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Blue Star Consulting and Services, S.L. Calle Los Pintores 14, 28923 Alcorcón, Spain; telephone 601 623 600  and email address info@lostbunker.com) your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a within 14 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19)

Simply return the product to the address below, in the same condition you received it and with all its components. If the product has been tampered with or is missing components, we reserve the right to consider a partial refund. Furthermore, in the case of an exchange, you will not have to pay the shipping costs for the new order.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, BLUE STAR CONSULTING AND SERVICES, S.L. We will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount via credit card; the amount will be credited to the same credit card on which you made the purchase.

In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by BLUE STAR CONSULTORIA Y SERVICIOS. S.L.
