  • The new LOCK 'N LOAD mechanical pencil and the 13 different colored leads will revolutionize the way you apply aging effects thanks to their ease of use and cleaning and the precise control they provide in the application.
  • Chips and scratches, dust and dirt, runs, soot, oxides, discoloration, paneling, and metallic and chalk writing effects are just some of the many effects that the LOCK 'N LOAD system will allow you to create, but as you use them you will discover many more possibilities.
  • The application is incredibly simple and intuitive: the leads come pre-sharpened; simply draw the desired effect and blend it with a damp brush, or dampen the lead tip and apply the effect, adjusting it with a wet brush if needed. It can be easily corrected or removed with water if you're not happy with the result.
  • It is recommended to apply it to a matte surface for better adhesion and results. It can be used as is in the final aging stage, but you can also protect the effects with a thin layer of varnish if you plan to apply other aging techniques using water or solvents on top.
  • A great help not only for beginners who will appreciate its ease of use and cleaning, but also for more experienced modelers who will be able to fully exploit the endless possibilities offered by the LOCK 'N LOAD system.
