- In 2014, the eastern Ukrainian regions of Donetsk and Luhansk (Donbas) rebelled against the central government and began a protracted war supported by the Russians, who supplied vehicles and armored personnel to the separatists. Although initially the rebels used vehicles captured from the Ukrainian army, over time new vehicles of Russian origin began to appear. Since the Ukrainian army used many colors common to the Russian army, everything became mixed up on the battlefield, leading the rebels to adopt a highly visible and common green color. A.MIG 054 to identify their vehicles and distinguish them from Ukrainian ones. The variety of colors used on rebel vehicles has been immense and very varied, and to represent them all, one would have to use the MODERN RUSSIAN COLOR SET and the UKRAINE ATO COLORS set, but in this set, we have made a selection of the most common colors seen on tanks, vehicles, and trucks. The colors A.MIG 057, A.MIG 932 and A.MIG 911 are some of the most typical colors of the Russian and Ukrainian armies. The color A.MIG 070 is of Russian origin, although the range of brown colors seen is quite extensive. The NC1200 color is a very special color, currently used on all Russian combat vehicles, and is noticeably different from all previous Russian colors. This color has been used on many rebel vehicles, allegedly supplied by the Russians.
