- "Over the years, everything evolves and improves." This rule also applies to model making, where one of its oldest and most sought-after techniques, rust, has been refined and updated. And if there's one technique where AMMO has always been a leader, it's precisely in this one, related to the recreation of rust. Thirteen years ago, AMMO launched a magazine, "The Weathering Magazine," specializing in showcasing techniques aimed at making model making more accessible and easier for all modelers. And its first issue, dedicated to rust, was a resounding success that has endured throughout all these years.
- But as we mentioned at the beginning, every cycle experiences some wear and tear, and in the case of "The Weathering Magazine," this wear and tear is also noticeable. And since our sole obsession at AMMO is to give modelers what they ask for, we've taken up the challenge and prepared a new magazine format, more technical and detailed. More focused and educational, with more specific and specialized topics.
- And what better way to end than with an issue dedicated to rust, version 2.0? A small tribute to that first issue, where we show you different and updated techniques for recreating oxidation processes more efficiently and quickly. And, of course, covering various areas of modeling, so you can enjoy and practice these techniques in the modeling field where you feel most comfortable.
