Many modellers have found it interesting to paint their German vehicles in the colors used in the factories. In some cases, those tanks went out to fight with those factory colors, without being camouflaged, especially at the end of the war, when there was no time or supplies to do so.
Dark gray was the primer color for all German vehicles early in the war and during the second half of the world conflict different shades of reds and browns began to be used as primers. Also at the end of the war combinations of these colors could be seen, because many of the components and parts came from different factories. For example, many guns were primed gray and then assembled into red primed tanks.
A selection of essential colors to make any tank fresh from the factory or for prototypes. The three colors are acrylic paint with an optimized formula to obtain maximum performance with both brush and airbrush and with a Scale Reduction Effect that will allow us to achieve the right color in our models.
Each 17ml acrylic bottle includes an AMMO steel ball to facilitate faster and more homogeneous mixing. Shake well before use. We recommend AMIG-2000 Acrylic Thinner for proper thinning if necessary. Complete drying in 24h.
