- Adjustable frames for silicone or resin molds, designed to facilitate the creation of multiple mold boxes. Made from a solid 5mm thick clear methacrylate material, with L-shaped sides that provide greater structural integrity.
- It includes four spring clips that play a crucial role in securely holding each frame in place. They are reusable, making them an economical option compared to constantly purchasing or building individual molding boxes. They can be configured in various ways to allow for the creation of molds with different dimensions and shapes, without the need to invest in multiple molding boxes. These frames greatly simplify the molding box assembly process, but they do not completely seal the joints. Therefore, to prevent potential resin leaks during the molding process, standard joint sealing is necessary.
- Instructions for use
- Make sure the area is completely free of imperfections and dirt before starting. Position the frames so that the "L" aligns with the protrusion of the next frame.
- If using a mold release agent, please note that the resin walls may not be completely smooth.
- Place the clamping clips on the "L" shaped joints to secure the position.
- To ensure a watertight seal between the frames and the base, any gaps should be filled with modeling clay or hot glue to prevent the resins, liquid silicone, or molding material from leaking out. Any gaps could cause leaks.
- Pour the resin evenly onto the surface.
- After the resin has cured properly, carefully remove the spring clips first, and then firmly remove the frames.
- Make sure the area is completely free of imperfections and dirt before starting. Position the frames so that the "L" aligns with the protrusion of the next frame.
